About ScientificCalcul
ScientificCalcul is a free math learning resource built around a simple idea: a result is more useful when you can understand the method and check the arithmetic in the same place. The Learn section explains core topics with formulas, conditions, worked examples, common errors, and links to primary or established educational references.
The Calculators section provides focused tools for fractions, roots, exponents, trigonometry, logarithms, quadratic equations, complex numbers, and general scientific expressions. The main calculator uses readable two-dimensional notation and a safe parser; it does not evaluate input with JavaScript eval.
How the material is prepared
Guides are organized by mathematical topic rather than by search phrase. Examples are checked against the formulas described on the page, and calculation logic is covered by automated tests for ordinary inputs and edge cases. Source links and review dates are shown where mathematical conventions or definitions matter.
What the site does not replace
ScientificCalcul supports study and routine checking. It is not a substitute for a teacher, a graded solution, or professional review of safety-critical engineering, financial, or medical work.
